- Time-Off Request Tool
Users have the ability to request time-off. This request will be automatically
sent to a predetermined approver. If approved, the Time-Off will be populated
on the user's timesheet
- Predefined rules
System contains pre-defined pay rules that can be slightly modified to meet your
organization's needs. It can accommodate simple rounding rules as well as daily
and weekly overtime rules
- Three timesheet formats
Provides for three different timesheet formats; Bulk hours, Timestamp, and
Start/Stop. Each has the ability to accommodate a relational cost center
- Notifications
Notifications can be enabled for Timesheet submissions and Time-Off requests.
These notifications will be sent to predetermined recipients
- Security Profiles
There are three predefined security profiles; Employee, Manager, Administrator.
Workflow groups can be created to establish employee to manager relationships
- Reports
KSum Lite provides a rich variety of customizable reports that can be exported to five different
formats (CSV, Excel, PDF, HTML, XML)
